Before searching for firmware, you must identify your hardware. Look at the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) inside the camera. You will see a code like:
If you have the .bin file, the standard method for V380 cameras is SD Card flashing:
If a firmware update failed or you flashed the wrong file, your camera may appear dead (no lights, no connection).
V380 firmware refers to the core software running on budget-friendly smart IP cameras manufactured by Macro-Video Technologies. Because these cameras are sold under many different brand names, the "V380 firmware" acts as the universal engine for devices ranging from dual-lens solar cameras to E27 bulb cameras.
The "V380" label refers to a specific chipset architecture (often the or Novatek chips) used by many Chinese OEM manufacturers. Because these cameras are rebranded constantly, the firmware is not universal.
