Wrong driver – sending text instead of ESC/POS commands. Fix: Install a dedicated ESC/POS driver (the MTPII expects binary commands). Download Microsoft POS for .NET with the Generic ESC/POS driver, or switch to “Zjiang ESC/POS Driver v3.5” .
