Your printer has a sponge inside that collects excess ink during cleaning cycles. Epson programs the printer to stop working after approximately 8,000–15,000 pages (depending on usage) to prevent ink overflow. Even if the sponge is not actually full, the counter will lock the printer. The Adjustment Program resets that counter. Click Particular Adjustment Mode and select Waste ink
