In Dabangg 3 , we go back in time to see how the carefree Dhaakad Pandey transformed into the fearless "Robin Hood" Pandey. The plot revolves around Chulbul’s past encounter with the ruthless Balli Singh, played by Sudeepa , who resurfaces in the present to threaten his family and peace.

The movie follows Chulbul Pandey as he faces a new enemy, Bali Singh (played by Kannada superstar Kichcha Sudeep). Simultaneously, the film flashes back to show a younger Chulbul (also Salman Khan) falling in love with Khushi (Saiee Manjrekar) and battling a villain from his past.
